Vaccine Details (What each vaccine helps prevent)

1) Influenza Vaccine (Tetravalent)

Flu isn’t “just a fever”—it can trigger complications in the lungs, heart, and overall immunity. If you travel often, meet many people, or want to reduce sick days, this is one of the simplest high-impact health choices.

Suggested schedule: every 6–12 months.

2) Dengue Vaccine (Qdenga)

Dengue is common in tropical regions and can become severe. Vaccination may help reduce risk and severity—especially for those living in or frequently traveling to dengue-endemic areas.

Schedule: 2 doses (Day 0 and Day 90)

3) RSV Vaccine (AREXVY)

RSV isn’t only for children—older adults can develop serious lower respiratory tract disease (LRTD) such as bronchitis or pneumonia.

Indication (clinic guidance):

  • Adults 60+, or

  • Adults 50–59 who are at increased risk (doctor will assess)

Schedule: 1 dose (IM).

4) Shingles Vaccine (Shingrix)

Shingles can cause severe nerve pain and long-lasting discomfort (post-herpetic neuralgia). Vaccination helps lower the chance of shingles and complications.

Indication (clinic guidance):

  • Adults 50+, or

  • Adults 18+ at increased risk (doctor will assess)

Schedule: 2 doses

  • Typically Dose 2: 2–6 months after Dose 1

  • In some higher-risk situations, Dose 2 may be given 1–2 months after Dose 1 (doctor-guided)

What to expect on your visit

  1. Brief medical screening (history, allergies, pregnancy status, immune conditions, medications)

  2. Doctor recommendation: which vaccine(s), timing, and spacing

  3. Injection + observation

  4. Aftercare & next-dose planning (if needed)

Because real confidence comes from clarity—don’t you deserve a plan that fits you?

Safety Notes (Important)

Vaccines are generally well tolerated, but mild temporary effects can occur (e.g., soreness, redness, fatigue, low-grade fever). Certain conditions may require postponing or special precautions (acute illness, severe allergies to components, specific immune situations).

Your doctor will advise the safest approach for your body.

FAQ

Can I do multiple vaccines on the same day?

Often yes, depending on your health status and vaccine type. We’ll personalize the plan.

Do I need an appointment?

Recommended—so we can reserve the vaccine and minimize your waiting time.

If I’m not sure which vaccine I need, what should I do?

Start with a consultation. A good decision begins with the right questions: What risks do you want to reduce this year? What lifestyle do you want to protect—work, travel, family time?
